Who can get a card

Anyone can get a card. We encourage all citizens, young and old to enjoy our library.

How to Get Your Card

Acceptable identification is an Oregon ID Card or a valid Oregon Drivers License with a current address.

Proof of a local address is a requirement to receive a library card at the Arlington Public Library.

Citizens seeking library cards will be checked for outstanding charges in the Sage Library System prior to issuing a local library card.

Children can also be issued a card with the agreement and valid library card of legal guardian.

Library staff may use their own discretion on borrowing over these limits.
